This Cancellation Policy operates in conjunction with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service. Read them together.
1. Reports — Cannot Be Cancelled Once Generated
Reports are generated immediately upon successful payment. You cannot cancel a report once payment has been captured. If the kundli engine fails to generate the report within 5 minutes of payment, contact support@divyamaarg.com — we will manually regenerate it at no extra cost.
2. Puja Bookings
2.1 Cancellation by you
Once a puja is booked, you cannot cancel it for personal reasons. Per our no-refund policy, payment is retained. The puja will still be performed in your name (Sankalpa principle).
2.2 Cancellation by us
We may cancel a puja for these reasons:
- Temple closure (festival, government order, force majeure)
- Priest unavailability
- Insufficient bookings to perform the ritual
- Verification failure on your booking details
In such cases:
- You will be notified via email and WhatsApp at least 48 hours in advance (where possible)
- We will offer to rebook you for an equivalent or higher-value puja at no extra cost
- Per our no-refund policy, monetary refunds are not issued. Goodwill rebooking is our standard remedy.
3. Product Orders
3.1 Before dispatch
Once an order is placed and payment is captured, it enters our fulfillment queue. Order cancellations before dispatch may be considered case-by-case if the product has not yet been temple-energised. Email support@divyamaarg.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
3.2 After dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Refer to our Shipping Policy for handling of damaged or undelivered packages.
4. Account Closure
You may close your Divya Maarg account at any time by emailing privacy@divyamaarg.com. Active bookings will still be honoured. Past payments are not refundable. Account data will be deleted within 90 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (tax records, dispute logs).
5. Service Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate your access for these reasons (no refund applies):
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Submitting fraudulent payment information
- Filing chargebacks in bad faith
- Abusive behaviour towards our team or temple partners
